Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept insurance?

We are currently out of network with insurance providers. But don’t worry—many patients use HSA/FSA cards or submit for reimbursement with their insurance. We’ll gladly provide a superbill if needed. No insurance is required to receive care.

How much does it cost?

We offer affordable care with transparent pricing:

  • $21 new patient visit (exam + X-rays, adjustment on day 2)
  • $49 new patient package (exam + X-rays + same-day and second adjustment)

Ongoing care plans are customized to your needs and discussed with you in advance. Regular sessions typically range from $45–$50 per visit.

Do I need X-rays before I get adjusted?

Yes—X-rays help us ensure your spine is safe to adjust and allow us to build a care plan based on your unique structure. They’re quick, digital, and always reviewed with you before treatment

Is chiropractic care safe?

Absolutely. Chiropractic care is a safe, drug-free approach to improving movement, reducing pain, and supporting your nervous system. Dr. Jaclyn adjusts patients of all ages with personalized techniques.

How long is the first visit?

Your first visit typically takes 30–40 minutes, including a detailed consultation, exam, and digital X-rays. The adjustment may be done that day or at your second visit, depending on your plan.

Do you offer care for scoliosis?

Yes! We provide chiropractic care for both adult and adolescent scoliosis. Our approach focuses on improving spinal alignment, mobility, and reducing progression through customized adjustments and home exercises.

Is chiropractic safe during pregnancy?

Yes—Dr. Jaclyn is trained in safe, gentle techniques specifically for prenatal care. She is Webster Certified, a specialized chiropractic technique designed to support pregnant moms by relieving tension, improving pelvic alignment, and promoting a more comfortable delivery.

Do you treat kids?

We do! Chiropractic care is safe and effective for children of all ages. We use gentle techniques to help with posture, growth development, and nervous system health.

What is dry needling, and does it hurt?

Dry needling is a muscle-release technique that uses a very thin needle to target tight or inflamed muscle tissue. It’s minimally uncomfortable and most patients say it feels like a quick twitch or pressure—followed by relief. It can be added to your visit for $30.

What kind of results should I expect?

Every patient responds differently, but most begin to notice improved movement, less pain, and better energy within a few visits. We track progress regularly and adjust your care as your body responds.

Do you treat personal injury or auto accident cases?

Yes—Dr. Jaclyn specializes in chiropractic care for patients recovering from car accidents and personal injury cases. Whether you’re dealing with whiplash, back pain, or soft tissue injuries, we provide personalized care and thorough documentation to support your recovery.
